White metal and tinted acrylic pendant lamp with cylindrical stem and dome diffuser, ca 1970s

A sculptural pendant lamp featuring a white metal body combined with a translucent tinted acrylic dome in soft violet tones. The design plays with layered geometry: a vertical cylindrical stem, a wide shallow dish, and a semi-transparent diffuser that subtly reveals the bulbs in the red fixture beneath. A wooden ring detail at the canopy adds a warm accent to its otherwise cool and technical composition.

The lamp’s aesthetic reflects the forward-looking optimism of the 1970s: a moment when European designers embraced new industrial materials to express ideas of lightness, progress and atmosphere.
