Original 1970s “Single” ceiling pendant designed by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup, Denmark. This example features a caramel-brown acrylic shade supported by brass-finished arches, an iconic combination from Hammerborg’s refined design language. The lamp produces a soft, diffused glow—ideal for dining tables, living rooms, or lounge spaces.

The design was introduced in the mid-1970s and advertised as providing “clear but gentle light without dazzle.” The shade form and brass detailing reflect the geometric minimalism characteristic of Hammerborg’s work.

Very good vintage condition with small traces of age and use consistent with the period.
