A classic Danish pendant lamp, the 'Radius' model, designed by Jo Hammerborg for Fog&Mørup.

This design is part of the 'Havanna' series from the 1960s, defined by the specific smoky golden-brown color of the glass, a tone specially developed for this line. The mouth-blown glass is a layered construction (incamiciato), featuring an inner opal glass cylinder and a thick outer layer of tinted amber glass. The hourglass or barrel-like shape of the heavy glass body creates a sculptural form. This fixture exemplifies the quality and aesthetic of Danish Mid-Century Modern design, produced during Hammerborg's influential tenure as head of design at Fog & Mørup.

Provides a warm, soft ambient light with a concentrated downward illumination, excellent for dining or seating areas.

Excellent vintage condition, consistent with a well-maintained collectible piece. Original Fog & Mørup and Holmegaard stickers are present.
