Dutch Modernist Adjustable Table Lamp (1960s)

This architectural desk lamp by Artiforte exemplifies the "less is more" philosophy of Dutch Modernism. The design features a strict cylindrical shade mounted on a slender chrome stem, anchored by a solid rectangular base with a metallic insert. The shade is fully adjustable, allowing for precise directional lighting. 

Provides precise task lighting for a desk or serves as a functional reading light on a bedside table.

Vintage condition. The lamp shows signs of age and use, most notably paint loss and chipping to the white lacquer on the edges of the base, consistent with its history. The chrome stem remains bright.
