A technical adjustable pendant light by Cosack Leuchten, model 7565, produced in Germany circa 1960s. This version features a polished chrome metal shade that directs light downwards, paired with a domed milk glass (opal) upper section that diffuses ambient light upwards and reduces glare. The fixture utilizes a practical "rise and fall" mechanism (Zugpendel), featuring a black spiral cable and a chrome metal handle. This allows the user to easily adjust the hanging height with a simple pull.
Designed for adaptability above a dining table or kitchen island. Good vintage condition. The chrome finish and glass show light signs of age and use consistent with the period.
