Danish Modern 'Askepot' Lamp by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup, 1976-1977

The 'Cinderella' (known as Askepot in Denmark) is a pendant designed by Jo Hammerborg, characterized by its soft, bell-curved silhouette. This specific example features a matte black lacquered shade contrasted by a vibrant red cylindrical top, a color combination that adds a playful graphic element. The interior is finished in white to ensure efficient light reflection, directing a focused, glare-free glow downwards.

Offers a cozy, directed light perfect for suspending low over a dining table or as a pair above a sideboard.
