Postmodern 'Greek Ruins' Console Table in Mactan Stone 1980s

Regular price €1.245,00
Description

Sculptural console table from the 1980s, executed in Mactan fossil stone.

The base mimics the ruins of a classical Greek temple, featuring fluted column fragments, one standing upright and another tilted as if mid-collapse, resting on a stepped stone plinth. The stone features the natural varied tones of beige, cream, and salmon typical of Mactan stone.

A dramatic statement piece perfect for an entryway or behind a sofa, bridging the gap between classical architecture and 1980s avant-garde design.

Good vintage condition with signs of age. The stone base is well-preserved. Please note: There is a visible chip on the edge of the glass top (see detailed image).
