Danish Modern White Wall Light with Anti-Glare Louvre
Designed by Jo Hammerborg in 1977 for Fog & Mørup, the peanut lamp series is an example of Danish functionalism. The fixture features a smooth, curvaceous metal shade lacquered in white, resembling a peanut shell. A key design element is the internal silver reflector/louvre, which ensures the light is directed downwards without glare, while also casting a warm, decorative glow within the shade itself. The head is adjustable, allowing the user to direct the light for reading or ambiance.
Ideal as a bedside reading light or an accent lamp in a living room corner.
Good vintage condition. The white lacquer is clean with light signs of age. The internal components are intact.
Peanut Series Include Table and Floor lamps. Other colors or models might be available upon further inquiry.
