Wall Lamp, 1950s
Brass, Lacquered Metal, Plastic
20 cm (H) x 18 cm (W) x 12 cm (D)

This is a mid-century vintage wall lamp. It uses a pointed, diamond-like black base that attaches to the wall. A flat piece of polished brass loops under this black base and curves upward to form two arms, each holding a pastel yellow, cone-shaped light socket. The lamp points light straight up. The contrast between the sharp black base, the curved shiny brass, and the soft yellow details gives the fixture a highly distinct 1950s character.

Condition: Very Good. The brass and contrasting black surfaces exhibit minor surface marks and an authentic patina that confirms the historical authenticity of the object.
