Table lamp manufactured by Artiforte, 1970s. The fixture features a cylindrical drum shade made from bent white acrylic sheets. This shade is supported by a chromed stem, which incorporates an integrated white rocker switch on its upper section. 

Established in Rotterdam, Artiforte was known for its highly minimalist, architectural lighting programs. During the late 1960s and 1970s, the company transitioned from strict metal craftsmanship into progressive combinations of polished chrome and thermoformed acrylics, executing rigorous geometric forms with industrial precision.

Suited to placement on a minimalist executive desk, sideboard, or large bedside table. Good vintage condition, consistent with age and use. The opaline acrylic shade is intact with no cracks or heat warping; the chrome column displays minor surface pitting and light patina visible upon close inspection.
